Terms of use

The reference nature of the site: what the texts are and are not, and the boundaries of responsibility.

Draft until public launch. The operator's details will be added after the legal entity is registered and the document passes legal review.

1. What this site is

MedProtect is a reference resource about laboratory tests. The texts describe what markers measure, which reference ranges laboratories commonly use, and what can shift a result. The site is not a medical organization and does not provide medical services.

2. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a recommendation for treatment. Using the site does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Decisions about examinations and treatment are made with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your situation.

3. Reference ranges

Ranges on the site are typical values from open medical sources. Laboratories use different measurement methods, so the range printed on your own report is the only one that applies to your result.

4. Intellectual property

The site's texts, structure, and design belong to the project. Quoting with a link is welcome; republishing materials in whole requires written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the reference accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors and are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site's texts. If you found an inaccuracy, write to editorial@medaiprotect.com — corrections are made with an updated date.

6. Changes to these terms

The terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page with its date of change.
